Pranarom Oregano+ 30 Softgels:

Used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract, especially coughs associated with colds.

Ingredients (per capsule):

Origanum compactum (Moroccan oregano) (leaf) (3.5 mg Thymol, 5 % Thymol, 42 mg carvacrol, 60 % carvacroll) 70 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients:  gelatin, glycerin, lemon peel essential oil, rapeseed oil,  tocopherols.

Dosage: Adults (≥ 18 years): take 1 capsules 3 times per day. Take with food a few hours before or after if you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Take for 5 to 7 consecutive days. Consult a health care practitioner if use extends beyond 3 weeks.
