Alpha Science EFA 40:20  90 Capsules :

A fish oil concentrate of 40% EPA and 20% DHA in 1000mg gel caps. It provides an effective balance of essential fatty acids with emphasis on Omega 3 pathways and prostaglandin 3 synthesis.

Helps support cardiovascular and cognitive health (brain function), the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children up to 12 years of age, and reduce serum triglycerides/triacylglycerols. Source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) for the maintenance of good health.

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, Gelatin, Vegetable glycerine.

Purity: Contains no corn, dairy, gluten, wheat or yeast.

Suggested Dose :  Children (1-8 years old): Take one (1) capsule twice per day. Adolescents (9-18 years old) and Adults: Take one (1) capsule two to three (2-3) times per day. 

Suggestion: Because fish oils often “repeat” after taking them (one can taste them again when belching), it may be a good idea to take fish oils just before going to bed at night.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if security seal is broken. Refrigerate after opening.
