Notes & Shipping Policies:
1. Please be advised that all the orders regardless of the shipping method are subject to review & wait/processing time of 1-3 business days (Applicable to FedEx, Xpresspost, etc.).
2. Additional 1-2 business days may require for mix orders of items from different makes & liquid products (Especially St Francis brand).
3. Expect delivery delays during holiday season, after long weekends, cold or hot climates, & other natural circumstances out of our control such as pandemics. These conditions affect the suppliers, shipments to Us, & deliveries to you.
4. Canada Post remains the main delivery option to remote areas & Po Boxes which may take longer delivery time & may not provide xpress service.
5. The shipping confirmations are emailed to the customer, indicating the parcel has left our facility, the tracking information, & the items in that shipment.
6. Customer is responsible for checking the tracking & arrange for it to be picked up or received.
7. Customer is responsible for any additional costs arises from providing wrong address, returned or rejected parcel (may include return shipping fee and /or an admin fee).
8. There is no refund or exchange on the bulk orders over 4 units per SKU. If any defective item, it MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PARCEL.
Delayed Items:
1. Temporarily out of stock or shortage from suppliers with a near estimated time for the availability within 5-7 business days : Customer can choose to wait or cancel. These orders may suffer delay or partial shipment.
Partial shipments are receiving a refund on the items that did not become available.
2. Discontinued Items (no longer in production/ no longer available in Canada): Refund is being processed.
Every single order receives an email for order confirmation, shipping confirmation with the content of that shipment. Please provide correct email address, and check your junk mail as accidentally you may have blocked or deleted our communications. Also, you can always log in back to your account and see the status of the order, related messages and notes on your order. Or please leave a chat or email for us we get back to you with your inquiry.
Please note our customer care is off during holidays & weekends. Your emails and messages are replied during business days and when there is NOT a Canadian Holiday.
