Used in herbalism to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Ginger is traditionally used to help relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic (carminative).

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell), Cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Apple Fibre.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day with food. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or following a low protein diet; have diabetes, iron deficiency, liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) or taking any prescription treatments.
