Alpha Science Melatonin 60 Sublingual Tablets:

Helps to increase the total sleep time. Helps re-set the body's sleep awake cycle.

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate (vegetable), Fructose.

Purity: Contains no preservatives, dairy, yeast, wheat or gluten.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 sublingual tablet, one to two time(s) per day, before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
