Each 1 Tablespoon (15 Ml) Contains:
Albizia julibrissin (Silktree Flower)	300 mg
Biota orientalis, Syn. Platycladus orientalis (Arborvitae Seed)	200 mg
Humulus lupulus (Hops Strobile)	200 mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower Herb Top)	300 mg
Reynoutria multiflora, Syn. Polygonum multiflorum (Fleeceflower Stem)	150 mg
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian Root)	100 mg
Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube Fruit)	400 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Stevia rebaudiana Leaf, Cherry and Peppermint flavours.

Purity: Contains no dairy, yeast, corn, wheat or gluten.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
