Suggested Adults Dose: Take 2 capsules, once daily with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use longer than three months. For menstrual or menopause related symptoms use for at least 3 months.

Cautions:  Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude the diagnosis of serious hormonal imbalance, or if you are taking any hormone-containing agents, other medical treatments or natural health products. Prior to use, check with your health car practitioner if you are attempting to conceive, have any liver disorder, iron deficiency, symptoms of low estrogen, have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Stop use and consult your doctor if you develop liver-related symptoms (yellowing of eyes and/or skin, stomach pain, dark urine, etc) or symptoms of low estrogen like joint painor hot flashes. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
