Description

AOR Amla 90 Veg Capsules:

Amla is also known as Indian Gooseberry.

Its primary function is to prevent lipid peroxidation. The amla fruit is nutrient dense, low in calories and fat, but rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. One cup (150 g) of amla fruit normally provides proteins (1 g), fats (<1 g), carbohydrates (15 g), fiber (7 g), vitamin C (46% daily value), vitamin B5 (9% daily value), vitamin B6 (7% daily value), copper (12% daily value), manganese (9% daily value) and potassium (6% daily value).

Moreover, amla extract’s benefits extend beyond those of just vitamin C because of their polyphenol content.

Amla is a safe whole-food source of antioxidants in accordance with traditional Ayurvedic formulations.
