Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL) has traditionally been used in treating intestinal and urinary inflammation, dry cough and other lung disorders, sore throat and laryngitis.
Licorice root has been used for thousands of years in Eastern medicine for its soothing and decongestant properties. Today, the benefits of licorice have been identified in its ability to soothe gastric ulcers, irritable bowel and acid reflux. It may also inhibit the growth of H. pylori, a bacterium often responsible for ulcers and heartburn symptoms. Unfortunately, Licorice also contains compounds that can increase blood pressure, namely glycerrhizinic and glycerrhetinic acids. DGL-760™ contains deglycyrrhizinated licorice which is a licorice extract that does not contain the compounds responsible for causing increases in blood pressure and is safe for those who are concerned about its high blood pressure side effects.
DGL-760™ is formula that supports gut health and relieves the symptoms of bowel inflammation such as abdominal cramping, bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation. DGL-760™ provides relief from conditions such as heartburn, diarrhea and irritation and reduces the risk of developing ulcers without the blood pressure side effects of other licorice supplements.

Suggested Adults Dose: Take 1 capsule two times a day with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
