Description

AOR Ortho Eyes 2 vials 5 ml:

Improves visual acuity against age related damage.

Helps improve flexibility of the eye lens and other age-related conditions, Alleviates eye tiredness, Improves visual clarity, optimizes vision and improves night driving, Reduces build-up of damaging proteins in the eyes, Speeds recovery from and reduces glare associated with laser eye surgery.

Helps reduce glare and improves visual acuity against age related effects such as cataracts.

Age-related vision loss is due in large part to damaged proteins called AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products). This can result in a loss of flexibility of the lens of the eye, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. AGEs may also affect the clarity of the cornea. Topical carnosine has been found to improve certain corneal disorders. Clearing out these dysfunctional proteins allows the eye cells to function better, with the result that the lens becomes clearer and more flexible.

Ortho Eyes® utilizes N-acetyl-carnosine, which does not degrade as quickly as regular carnosine and is able to penetrate into areas of the eye that are not as easily reached by regular carnosine, especially when applied topically as an eye drop. It has been proven to improve lens clarity and flexibility in people suffering from age-related cataracts. It also reduces glare problems in elderly drivers and can reduce the corneal haze associated with laser eye surgery. Studies have shown that subjects taking N-acetyl-carnosine eye drops either improved or maintained their vision while those not taking it worsened.

Ingredients:

2 drops in each eye:
 N-Acetyl-carnosine (NAC)
1.0%

Non-medicinal Ingredients : Sterile water (ophthalmic grade isotonic solution pH 6.3 to 6.4), glycerin (lubricant), citric acid, boric acid, hypromellose, potassium bicarbonate, benzyl alcohol (preservative). ** non medicinal ingredients are subject to change. please verify with manufacturer if you are concerned about it. Always read and follow the label for accurate ingredient and allergen information.

Suggested Dose:

(Adult): Instill 2 drops in each eye twice per day or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

For Proper Application of Drops:  Wash hands with water and soap for at least 30 seconds. If you wear glasses or contact lenses remove them. Lean head back and look up, if you have neck problems, lie down or use a tilt-back chair. With the eyes open, gently pull the lower eyelid below the eyelashes away from the eye. Instill “one drop”, then slowly and gently close the eye, being careful not to squeeze the eye drop out of the eye.  Do not blink or reopen for 60 seconds. Repeat this procedure, if a second drop is used.  Closing the eye allows each drop to be absorbed into the eye tissue.

To Open Container:

Remove the plastic cap: While looking down on the top of the plastic cap, twist the plastic cap counterclockwise, off of the container.

Remove plastic collar below the cap:  Pull straight over the tip of the container, keeping it level and square with the container. Discard plastic collar.

Puncture the tip:  Replace the plastic cap by screwing it down clockwise tightly over the tip.  This causes the sharp plastic tip on the inside of the cap to puncture the container tip.

To dispense a drop: Remove the plastic cap and squeeze the container gently until a drop is dispensed.

To reseal the container: Replace the cap over the container tip and twist clockwise until it is tight. Plastic cap should be replaced as soon as possible after using.

Storage: This product can be stored at a normal room temperature; however, to obtain a maximum shelf life of the ingredients, the product should be stored in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
