Black Cohosh Extract (Actaea racemosa) (root)
(2.5% triterpene glycosides as 27-deoxyacteine)

Gamma-Oryzanol (Oryza sativa) (seed bran)

Hesperidin (Citrus sinensis) (fruit)
37.5 mg



Non-medicinal Ingredients : Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Allergens : Contains no artificial preservatives, colours or sweeteners and no dairy, soy, wheat or yeast. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Adult Dose : 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 at bedtime per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year. Keep our of reach of children.

Risk Information:

Contraindications : Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking or using hormone-containing products such as preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, if you are breastfeeding, or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble.11 Do not use if you have a history of hormone dependent cancers.12 Keep out of reach of children.

Interactions : Do not use if you are using anticoagulants/antiplatelets. 13 As black cohosh may interact with CYP2E1 and CYP2D6 substrates, practitioners should be aware of potential drug interactions.14 The use of Chaste Berry Extract is contraindicated in conjunction with antipsychotics.
