Liquid Iron is used to help maintain healthy physiological iron stores. This non-constipating citrate form of iron has been blended with Vitamin B12 and folic acid in a pleasant-tasting vanilla flavoured liquid.

| Iron (ferric ammonium citrate) | 20 mg |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vanilla, glycerin, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, stevia, water.
Purity: gluten free, soy free, vegetarian friendly.
Suggested Dose: Take one tea spoon a day with food or as directed by a practitioner.
