Biotics Research Bio 3B G 180 Tablets:

Phosphorylated B Vitamin Support. This product consists of 3 parts B fraction (thiamine, pantothenic acid and B12) and one part G fraction (riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, PABA and lipotrophic factors of choline, inositol & betaine).

Phosphorylated B vitamin formula with biologically active, phosphorylated forms of B-1, B-2, and B-6.

Helps to prevent deficiencies; Helps in tissue formation; Helps normal growth and development; Helps to form red blood cells; A factor in the maintenance of good health.Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Ingredients: 

Each tablet contains:

Thiamin (B1) (as cocarboxylase) 1.5 mg
Riboflavin (B2) (as riboflavin-5-phosphate) 0.57 mg
Niacin (as niacinamide) 6.7 mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phospbate) 0.67 mg
Folate 133.3 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as resin bound cobalamin) 2 mcg
Biotin 100 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate) 3.3 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:  Cellulose Magnesium stearate, Pea starch, Pharmaceutical Glaze, Stearic acid

Suggested Dose: Adults take 1 to 3 tablets three times daily with meals or as directed.
