Biotics Research Bio B 100 ( Yeast Free ) 180 Tablets:
A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Helps normal growth and development. Helps in tissue formation. Helps to form red blood cells. At 3-5 tablets daily: Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. At 3-5 tablets daily: helps to prevent thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid deficiencies. Helps to prevent biotin deficiency.
