This concentrated certified organic blend of Ashwagandha, Passionflower, and Magnolia Bark supports restorative sleep right through the night. It combines botanical adaptogens and sleep aids with the goal of helping to regulate the circadian rhythm.

Passionflower is a classic calming herb that is often used to relieve restlessness and nervousness, which are often contributing factors to problems with sleep.

Ashwagandha, is one of the few adaptogens that also functions as a sleep aid when taken before bed. Calms the nervous system to promote a restful sleep.

Certified Organic Magnolia bark (Magnolia officinallis) 235 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic olive oil, capsule (hypromellose, water) , candelilla wax.
