Botanica St. Johns Wort 120 Liquid Capsules:

St John's Wort is best known for its effect on improving our mood and has been studied for its benefits on improving low mood. in situations of irritability, easy frustration and restlessness. St John's Wort has demonstrated its ability to calm.

In individuals with poor sleep due to being emotionally and/or mentally under strain St John's Wort has shown some evidence in improving sleep, more specifically the amount of time we spend in deep sleep, a highly recuperative phase of sleep.

Certified Organic St. John’s Wort herb top extract 5:1 (Hypericum perforatum) 325 mg 

Validated Full Spectrum Profile: Hypericins (0.28%) 0.9 mg

Each 1 capsule contains 1,625 mg dry herb equivalent

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic olive oil, hypromellose (capsule), candelilla wax, purified water.

Purity:  Non-GMO, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free.

Liquid Capsules are made from hypromellose, which is a cellulose material derived from softwood trees, mainly pine and spruce trees that are grown and harvested from plantations in the southeastern United States. Chlorophyll is used to give the capsule a dark green colour. They are Allergen-free, Non-GMO, and Vegan certified.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take one capsule, two or three times daily, or as recommended by your health practitioner. Use for at least one week to see beneficial effects, some may require up to 1 month of use to see benefits.

Cautions: Consult a health practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) light. Consult a health practitioner if your symptoms persist or worsen, if you are taking anti-anxiety or seizure medical agents, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Do not use if you are under treatments for malignancies, antidepressants, cardiovascular, contraceptives, blood thinners, anti-hiv agents and/or immunosuppressants. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
