Sleep-Restore Ashwagandha helps reduce the symptoms of stress, such as fatigue, irritability, inability to concentrate, and sleeplessness. Lemon Balm is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid. Passionflower is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid during times of mental stress and as a calmative to help relieve restlessness and nervousness. Helps reduce cortisol and C-reactive protein levels, the biomarkers of physical stress.
Stress triggers the fight-or-flight response, which allows us to react quickly to life-threatening situations. However, when this response is engaged constantly, it can start to impact our sleep and overall wellness. It can lead to anxious thoughts and feelings that keep us up at night, and a lack of sleep in itself can lead to further stress.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, vegetable capsule.
Suggested Dose: Adults: Take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a single dose 30 to 60 minutes at or before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary. For Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.

Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
