MagCitrate Powder provides a convenient delivery system in a great-tasting, lemon-flavoured powder. It mixes well in water and is very easy to titrate when higher doses are needed. MagCitrate Powder helps promote bowel relaxation when fiber alone is not enough. This product also supports the ability to fall asleep.

Suggested Dose: Adults and adolescents 9 years and over: Mix 4 grams (approx. 1 scoop) of powder with a glass of water or liquid once per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

We have identified that select lots, namely Lot 23046 Expiry 03/24 and Lot 23639 Expiry 06/24, were packaged with a 5 cc scoop (instead of a 3.5 cc scoop) delivering a higher quantity of elemental magnesium than what is listed on the label.  
 
The label claim for elemental Magnesium per one 3.5 cc scoop is 300 mg.   
 
MagCitrate Powder Lot 23046 delivers approximately 468 mg of elemental Magnesium per one 5 cc scoop.   
 
MagCitrate Powder Lot 23639 delivers approximately 440 mg of elemental Magnesium per one 5 cc scoop.
 
Please note, some people may experience diarrhoea if taking 350 mg or more of magnesium per day. If you are affected by this Manufacturing Error please contact us to address the matter.
