Divine Essence Arnica Oil Organic 30ml:

Arnica montana; Arnica oil extract is known for its soothing and calming qualities, and is often used to prevent bruising. It stimulates tissue growth and repair and has anti-aging properties. Arnica oil is excellent for soothing injuries. In cases of cuts and contusions, massage the oil into the skin to relieve pain and prevent further bruising. Arnica oil is essential for any first-aid kit.  Traditionally used in herbal medicine's to help relieve pain and inflammation of muscles and joints (e.g. sprains, bruises and joint pain). For all skin types. 

Directions: Topical (Adults and Teens): Apply thinly and evenly over the affected area 3-4 times daily. Massage.

Cautions: FOR EXTERNAL AND OCCASIONAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS UNDILUTED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation or dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight.
