Kava-kava
(piper methsticum root, 30% 120 mg kavalactones)
400 mg

Non Medicinal Ingredients:  Cellulose, hypromellose, (all from vegetable source). V-capsules are made from vegetarian source, no gelatin used.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take one capsule per day separated from products containing caffeine, or as directed by your health care provider.

Adults, adolescents, and children> 1 year old: 1 capsule daily with a meal.
