Brain Energy supplies nutrients provide support for the relief of symptoms of stress and to support cognitive function. Rhodiola is a shrub, native to cold climates, used in Herbal Medicine. As an adaptogen, Rhodiola is thought to increase the body's resistance to biological and chemical stresses, and thus stimulate general vitality, both physical and emotional. In a randomized control study conducted on university students, after Rhodiola supplementation, students self reported decreased feelings of stress and associated feelings such as anxieties, fear and confusion.

Brain Energy also contains octosanol and the amino acids tyrosine, phenylalanine, and methionine.
