Ultra Preventive^® X has been updated with new and improved ingredients, including vitamin K₂ for bone health, the bioflavonoid quercetin, and alpha lipoic acid for antioxidant support. In addition, Ultra Preventive^® X now contains an organic phytonutrient blend with polyphenols, increased choline content for methylation and liver support, increased lutein and zeaxanthin for antioxidant defence, three types of vitamin B₁₂, and improved mineral forms for bioavailability.

Ingredients:

Suggested Dose: Adults take 4 tablets twice daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products; or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have kidney stones, a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, peptic ulcer, excess stomach acid, an iron deficiency, diabetes, a kidney disorder, liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependant cancer. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking sulfonamides, an anticoagulant/blood thinner, protease inhibitors or an anti-inflammatory, or are having surgery. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications.

Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or vasodilators (dilate the vascular system to treat heart conditions). Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner).
