Each Tablespoon (15 ml) Contains:
Calcium (calcium carbonate)/ Calcium (carbonate de calcium)	3 mg
Iron (iron gluconate)/ Fer (gluconate ferreux)	0.3 mg
Iodine (from kelp)	50 mcg
Magnesium (from magnesium hydroxide)	1.5 mg
Zinc (from zinc gluconate)	0.3 mg
Selenium (from sodium selenite)	25 mcg
Copper (from copper gluconate)	100mcg
Manganese (from manganese gluconate)	0.3 mg
Chromium (from chromium polynicotinate)	50 mcg
Molybdenum (molybdenum citrate)	25 mcg
Potassium (potassium gluconate)	9mg
Vanadium (from vanadium Citrate)	25 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: : Purified water, glycerin, natural flavour, organic sweet orange oil, citric acid, xanthan gum, organic stevia leaf extract.

Recommended Adult Dose (Over 19 years): Take two tablespoons two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
