Genestra D3 2500 IU 90 Capsules

Each capsule contains:

Vitamin D3 ( cholecalciferol) 62.5 mcg (2500 IU)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hypromellose.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Cautions: Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disorders, or if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues, or any medicines including antacids, anticonvulsants, vasodilators, mineral oil, immune suppressants, cholesterol lowering agents, diuretics. 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult your healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Stop use and consult your healthcare practitioner if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness occur which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia or if you have any other side eeffcts. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Contents may not fill the package in order to accommodate required labelling.
