Recommended Dose: Adults: Take one capsule two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Cautions : Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you are taking treatments for seizures, or if you have an iron deficiency, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, diabetes, glycosuria, hyperadrenia, hyperthyroidism, kidney or cardiovascular disorder; or if you are taking diuretics, cardiac agents, immune-suppressants, stimulant laxatives or other medical therapeutics which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use. If you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation, do not use as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. excessive Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
