Genestra Herbal Calm 60 Veg Capsules :

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress). Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation (antispasmodic).

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Hypromellose, ascorbyl palmitate, silica.

Adults Dose: Take one capsule two times daily, away from meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions: If symptoms persist or worsen; or if sleepleness persist continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. If you are taking other medical agents or natural health products with sedative properties, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have protein S deficiency or hormone sensitive conditions such as uterine, endometrial, breast, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids, do not use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
