Genestra Mag Cal Formula 2- 90 Tablets:

Calcium-Magnesium support.

Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Calcium intake, when combined with sucient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Ingredients:

Medicinal Ingredients per Tablet
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)	2.5 mcg/100 IU
Calcium (calcium carbonate/ aspartate)	200 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide/ aspartate)	400 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, silica, croscarmellose sodium,hypromellose, glycerin, magnesium stearate.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other treatment or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions: Some people may experience diarrhoea. Keep out of the reach of children. Use only if safety seal is intact. Store in a cool, dry place.
