Melatonin spray by Genestra helps Helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule. Helps to prevent and reduce the effects of jet lag. Helps re-set the body’s sleep-wake cycle.

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, ethanol, xylitol, natural spearmint flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate, rebaudioside A (stevia).

Recommended Dose: Adults: Three sprays taken orally, once daily, at or before bedtime, or as professionally directed. For use beyond four weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner. For adult use only.

Cautions: Do not drive or use machinery for five hours after taking melatonin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs, do not use. If you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension; or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic agents, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
