Genestra St JohnsWort Plus 60 Veg Capsules:

Standardized St. John’s wort extract.

Traditionally used as a sedative for relief of restlessness or nervousness. Helps to treat symptoms of sleep disorders.

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose.

Purity:  contains no added wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, sodium, sugar, artificial colouring or flavouring, antimicrobial preservatives, dairy or animal products. Ideal for vegans.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one capsule three times daily away from meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. May be used for up to six weeks.

Cautions: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. If you experience sleep disturbances, consult your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
