Holiday Shipments

Dear Customers;

Health Palace Team is wishing you all a happy and healthy holiday season.

We appreciate your business and support for the natural health community.

Please be advised of a few points if you are planning to take advantage of the holiday deals and placing your orders with us within Dec 18th- Jan 2nd.

Health Palace team maintains a selection of priority items for our customers, however certain items may sell out quickly and  due to holiday closures of the suppliers and vendors, we will experience delays in replenishing the inventory during holiday time. 

Expecting to resume to usual operation in the first week of Jan 2024, we do appreciate your patience.  If you are in need of an item urgently you may prefer obtaining it locally. Pending orders during holidays are getting filled and out during the first week of January (3rd-10th).

As couriers and their delivery staff are also enjoying their holidays, please expect some delivery delays of the parcels to your door, we have been using service of multiple Couriers and Canada Post. (Remote Areas & Po boxes only Canada Post)

Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed during holidays (i.e. schools).

As always, we prioritize professional product inquiries and orders as clients are taking those for their existing health conditions. However during holidays all orders may be affected with delays.

Its VERY IMPORTANT for you to consider that Health Palace DOES NOT manufacture any of the items.  We are totally dependent on our suppliers and vendors . 

All the Natural Health suppliers and producers are experiencing shortage of raw material, and some require formulation change, and label change as more regulation will be implemented. Therefore there is an ongoing interruption for the availability of the products.

Unfortunately many of the vendors and suppliers fail to provide or do not like to disclose the affected items ahead of time. We only get to know it once we put in several inquiries and the item/s does not show up or come with a different formulation.

We do care and its our job to fill all the items on all orders, sometimes we try different suppliers and providers to be able to source the products; but if  your favorite brand and supplier is not catching up, then regretfully we must cancel the order.   


1.  Temporarily out of stock or shortage from suppliers with a near estimated time for the availability within 5-7 business days : Customer can choose to wait or cancel. These orders may suffer delay or partial shipment.

Partial shipments are receiving a refund on the items that did not become available.

2.  Discontinued , changed in formula items: Refund is being processed.

Every single order receives an email for order confirmation, shipping confirmation with the content of that shipment. Please provide correct email address, and check your junk mail as accidentally you may have blocked or deleted our communications. Also, you can always log in back to your account and see the status of the order, related messages and notes on your order. Or please leave a chat or email for us we get back to you with your inquiry.

Please note our customer care is off during holidays & weekends: On Dec22nd; During Dec 23rd 5 pm EST to Dec 26th; On Dec 28th & 29th; From Dec 30th 5pm and resumes to usual hours on Jan 2nd.

*customer care operates for limited hours on Dec 23rd, 27th , and 30th.

** Physical Location is closed from Dec 22nd to Dec 29th. Open on Dec 30th,  and limited hours on 31st. Closed on Jan 1st, resumes to normal hours on Jan 2nd.

Your emails and messages are replied during business days and when there is not a Canadian Holiday.
