Traditionally used in Ayurveda: as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age as a sleep aid to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative) for memory enhancement.

INGREDIENTS

1 : 2 500 mg/ml Withania somnifera*
(fresh extract of organically grown of Ashwagandha root)

Non-medicinal ingredients:
In a 50% organic ethyl alcohol*.

DOSAGE
Adults: 1 ml (30 drops) in a little water 2-4 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings:
