Martin & Pleasance Arnica Herbal Cream 100g:

Traditionally used to relieve inflammation, sprains, bruising, aching muscles and soft tissue trauma.

Ingredients: Arnica montana (flower) extract equivalent to dry flower 20mg/g.

purified water, glycerine, castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil, beeswax-white, carnauba wax, rice bran oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetostearyl alocohol, Gluconodeltalactone, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Glucoside (and) Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Glyceryl Caprylate, p-Anisic Acid

Suggested Dose: adults apply 0.5 ml 3 times daily. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
