MegaFood Multi for Men 55+ 60 Tablets

Suggested Dose: Adult men, take 2 tablets once a day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medical agents.

Cautions:  CFolate supplementation can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough Vitamin B12, if you have an iron deficiency, a liver disorder, or develop liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice). Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine, jaundice, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported.

* Iodine is not included in the Multi for Men 55+ formula because of interactions with medical agents commonly taken by men over 55. 

* Iron is not recommended for men unless specifically directed by their healthcare practitioner.
