Black Cohosh is used in herbal medicine to help ease nervous tension and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica).

Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (water, hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chaintriglycerides ).

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant. If breast-feeding, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
