Sambucus Cold & Flu Relief Adult Gummies help to shorten the duration and reduce symptom severity of the common cold, bronchitis, laryngitis and pharyngitis. Plus the added benefits of Vitamin C and Zinc.

Ingredients:

Each gummy contains:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 45 mg

Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra, Fruit) 50 mg

South African Geranium (Pelargonium sidoides, root) 20 mg

Zinc (zinc citrate, dihydrate) 3.75 mg

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, sucrose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavour, flavour, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

Directions: Children 3–9, chew 1 gummy per day. Children 10–13, chew 2 gummies per day. Adults and adolescents 14 and older chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms cease. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If symptoms are severe or are accompanied by high fever and shortness of breath, consult a health care practitioner. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, and consult a health care practitioner. Diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occur. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. In rare cases, some people may experience mild nosebleed and/or bleeding gums. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury have been reported.
