NFH Black Cohosh SAP 60 Capsules:

It provides high quality Black cohosh extract (Actaea racemosa) for relief from menopause and premenstrual symptoms and helps support mood balance and pain management.

Traditionally it has been used to ease nervous tension, pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica); relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatic conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and/or fibrositis).

It helps relieve the pain associated with menstruation and relieve symptoms associated with menopause and premenstrual symptoms. A part of this effect can be attributed to the high content of triterpene glycosides in black cohosh, which may help reduce levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and activate dopaminergic receptors.
