Oregano 8 contains oregano oil along with garlic, goldenseal, elderberry, vitamin C, zinc, cayenne and grape seed extract to support and strengthen immune system.

Suggested Dose: Adult: To help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections, take two (2) capsules twice a day. For general immune support and maintenance of good health, take one (1) to two (2) capsules per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications/supplements.
Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or are taking digoxin. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking a blood thinner or if symptoms persist or worsen.
