Ingredients:

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (from coconut). Softgel ingredients: Glycerin, gelatin, purified water.

Recommended Dosage: Adults 18 years and older: 1 softgel daily. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium. Consult a health care partitioner for use beyond 6 months.
