Much more well-known in ancient times, where wreaths crowned victors, and in cuisine, where it forms part of the bouquet garni, bay produces a remarkable essential oil that remains too-little-used in aromatherapy. Native to the Mediterranean basin, this tree has a smooth, dark grey bark and leaves that are a dark shiny green on top and paler on the underside.

Instructions for Use:
For local massage: 1-2 drops added to 1-2 drops of neutral vegetable carrier oil.
For body massage: 2-10 drops added in 5-10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil.
A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin.
Useful tips:
Mix 2-3 drops of Bay Laurel + 2 drops of Sweet Orange on a dab of shampoo, then treat your hair. Discover its stimulant action on the scalp and better-toned hair growth.

- Do not use essential oils undiluted.
