Preferred Nutrition Mild Iron Bisglycinate combines stomach-friendly iron with vitamin B12, folic acid, and vitamin C for increased absorption and bioavailability. Ferrous bisglycinate is a gentle form of iron with minimal gastrointestinal effects. Each daily capsule provides elemental iron to help prevent iron-deficiency anemia and associated tiredness and fatigue.

Each Capsule Contains:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Iron (ferrous (II) bisglycinate) 28 mg
Folate (folic acid) 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, croscarmellose sodium.

Purity: This product does not contain artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or genetically modified genes or proteins.
