Suggested Dose (Adults):  As a factor in the maintenance of good health, take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking medications. 

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any other medications or natural products, are a tobacco smoker, have diabetes, an iron deficiency, a liver disorder or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
