St Francis California Poppy 50 Ml :
Eschscholtzia californica.
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a mild sedative and/or sleep aid and as an analgesic.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica, tops) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Administration: Adults: Take 0.3-1.2 ml (9-36 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. If using California Poppy primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 0.9-3.6 ml (27-108 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 0.9-3.6 ml earlier in the evening if necessary.
Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner: if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks; if symptoms worsen or persist; before use if you are breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are pregnant. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
