St Francis Canadian Bitters + Apple Cider Vinegar 250 ml

Relief from indigestion, gas, bloating, and stomach upset PLUS all the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar in a de-alcoholised formula with a touch of honey.

Soothing relief of uncomfortable digestive symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, constipation, bloating, and gas
A unique spectrum of herbs with bitter compounds that help reduce sugar cravings and optimize nutrient absorption, critical to many bodily systems, including a strong immune system.

Not habit-forming, like other laxative-heavy bitters formulas, or some over-the-counter options.

Medicinal Ingredients: Globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus, leaf), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale, whole plant), Gentian (Gentiana lutea, root), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flower), Turmeric (Curcuma longa, rhizome), Burdock (Arctium lappa, root), Black walnut (Juglans nigra, unripe hull), Ginger (Zingiber officinale, rhizome), Apple cider vinegar (5% acetic acid).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Honey, Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom) seed, distilled water, vegetable glycerine, less than 0.5% alcohol 

Suggested Dose:  Adults: Take 15-60 minutes before meals in a little water, on an empty stomach, to a maximum daily total of 15 mL (1 tbsp).

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner: if you are breastfeeding; if you have gall stones; if you have excess stomach acid or diabetes; if symptoms worsen or persist. Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers; if you have a bile duct obstruction. Some people may experience headaches. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
