Description
St Francis Lemon Balm 250 Ml :
(Melissa officinalis).
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and also to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml):
Lemon Balm tops* (Melissa officinalis) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol
*Lemon Balm tops are Certified Organically Grown.
QCE = Quantity Crude Equivalent
Administration:
Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist. Consumption with alcohol, other medical agents and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
