St Francis Turkey Rhubarb 250 Ml:

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine for short-term relief of occasional constipation.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Rheum officinale (Turkey Rhubarb)

Extract: 1:4
DHE: 250 milligrams

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Purified water.

Administration: Oral.

Adults: Take 0.8 ml- 3 times daily

Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medical agents or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a liver or kidney disorder or are taking cardiac agents . Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhea. Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
