St Francis Wormwood 50 Ml :

(Artemisia absinthium).

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a vermifuge for children with pinworms (threadworms) or roundworms.

Ingredients:

Certified Organic Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)

Distilled water, certified organic alcohol

Administration: Children (2-4 years): 0.1-0.2 mL (2-5 drops); Children (5-9 years): 0.1-0.3 mL (4-10 drops); Adolescents (10-14 years): 0.3-0.6 mL (8-20 drops); Adults & Adolescents (15 & over): 0.5-1.3 mL (15-40 drops). All doses should be taken 3-4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach

Cautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Do not use if you suffer from gallstones, gallbladder inflammation, liver disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, seizures or porphyria.

A NOTE ON TINCTURES

Tinctures are more readily absorbed by the body and have a high degree of bio-availability. As well, they have a long shelf life.

As for the amount of alcohol taken in an average dose of tincture, you'll be surprised to learn that it's about the same as what you'd find in an overly ripe banana!
